WHAT KIND OF SPIRITUAL JOURNEY IS THIS?
This is a Pilgrimage of Heart and Spirit calling, the trust and surrender of the flow is essential. The itinerary is the starting point only, the ones guiding this pilgrimage are Mother ocean, Star mothers and the beings in the fifth dimension. So in order to step into this frequency, the level of trust is huge to be able to journey through these portals. Trust of logistics and trust in the Spirit World and that all is in Ika Pono Mea- Divine time & Divine order.

Our pilgrimages are done in the flow. We are guided everything can change. It's important to be open and don't hold on to any of the Itinerary as it ca all change in the moment only then will the magic happen! Aloha flow!
HOW DOES THE ACCOMODATION LOOK LIKE?
We will spend out entire journey in Lunita Retreat Center in the Jungle of the Yucatan,Mexico.
The rooms will be shared shared between 2 participants.
There will be available 1 queen and twin bed per room with private bathroom
There are no single rooms available.
The room of beds is first come first serve.
CAN I ARRIVE A FEW DAYS BEFORE?
Yes absolutely, It is actually recommended to get acclimated from traveling and time difference.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR TRANSPORTATION TO THE ADVENTURES YOU INCLUDE IN Spiritual Journey?
*The only transportation you are responsible for is to and from the airport.
WHICH AIRPORT DO I NEED TO FLY TO?
Cancun Airport.
WHERE WILL WE MEET ON THE FIRST DAY?
This information will be released 1 month before the spiritual journey starts.
HOW LONG IS THE DRIVE FROM CANCUN AIRPORT TO THE RETREAT CENTER?
Cancun Airport is 36 - 40 minutes away from the Lunita Retreat Center.

Check in time is 2PM

On the 28th will be our last day.
We will enjoy a beautiful farewell breakfast with a closing ceremony.
The Spiritual Pilgrimage will end after our closing ceremony.
This will probably be around 11:30am.
You can stay in the retreat center until 3:00 PM.
In case you have a later flight.
HOW MUCH IS THE COST FOR AIRLINE TICKET?
Please know Airfares can range from 500-1500. It depends the route you are taking and where in the world you are coming from. Do your research because there are routes where you can lower your cost if you wish.
*ATTENTION: We ask for each participant to buy travel insurance for the dates you will be in Yucatan to fully have compensation for airline travel and for health insurance in case it is needed.

Airport transfer is not included.
DO YOU HAVE A RECOMMENDED TAXI SERVICE FOR TRANSFER?
Lunita is offering taxi transportation.
We highly recommend you do not take a taxi with just anyone as the inflation for tourist very unpredictable and you will get Taxi drivers charging whatever they wish.
We will open a chat one month before pilgrimage for women to coordinate rides with Lunita and in this way you can split the cost rising together.

Recommendations
Dear one, we wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, however we will have incurred expenses that, once paid, cannot be refunded. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.
No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. Should you cancel your participation in the Training for any reason, the cancellation policy outlined below will apply, with no exceptions.
Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations. It is important that you fully read and thoroughly understand our cancellation policy. This cancellation policy is designed to protect both Training/Program leaders and the participants.
Cancelation Initiated by participants
To cancel your participation in a training you must send an email to the organizer stating that you wish to cancel.
Within 6 months of the retreat date - 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. The other 50% of the amount can be credited and used in some specific future retreats, or in any online program.
Within 4 months of the retreat date - No refunds. 100% of the amount paid can be credited and used in a few specific future retreats, or in any online program.
Within 2 months of retreat date - No refunds. 50% of the amount paid can be credited and used in few specific future retreats, or in any online program.
Within 1 month from retreat date - No refunds and no credits.
COVID – 19 restrictions - Updated COVID-19 Restrictions or any changes imposed by governments/other governing bodies that prevent you from attending the Training
In the event that you have to cancel your attendance due to Covid Restrictions related to your country, you will be issued with a refund of the workshop price, not including your deposit (25% of the total payment), or it can be credited and used in a few specific future retreats, or in any online program.
- No refund or credit will be applied if you get a positive test before flying to the destination of the retreat.
