For us to go an understand that when go to those space we are really creating the new world. Sister we are grounding those forces is when we are entering the new world. Play is essential. Being with mother Gaia is essential. It is so important we are transmuting these energies wherever we are. We are all feeling the same information like we are truly becoming one. Kids are such a medicine, I feel like we are able to find in ourselves that child-like curiosity and innocence. I personally do a lot of work with Earth to ground and also come to that space of mindfulness and peace. I have been spending a lot of time outside in nature, lying on the grass, touching the earth with my feets, climbing trees. A lot of the heaviness I was feeling went away.
